It is quite common to experience neck or back pain at least once in your lifetime. Here at the PhysioStudio Hunter Valley we aim to work out the cause of your neck or back pain and then provide you with the specific treatment and tools to help change your individualised symptoms. Although we do employ traditional methods such as massage and soft tissue techniques, we also educate our clients in proven self-directed treatments such as good ergonomics, stretching and strengthening exercises and correct lifting technique. By providing you with knowledge in both preventative and treatment strategies we hope to prevent any possible future neck or back pain.
