Bailey is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise and Sports Science Australia, having completed a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Newcastle and a Masters in Exercise Physiology through Charles Sturt University.

Bailey is experienced in the prescription, supervision, and progression of therapeutic exercise, working with a wide range of clients with different ages, goals, fitness levels and health conditions. Bailey’s friendly personality and supportive encouragement help his clients get their best results. Whether individual sessions ‘one-on-one’ or in small groups, clients quickly realise healthy exercise should be fun.

Bailey has a keen interest in athletic development and exercise to assist with management of chronic conditions such as diabetes. He is passionate about using exercise as a tool to get you back to doing what you enjoy.

Outside of work Bailey enjoys keeping fit himself through running and the gym, he is also a big sports fan, in particular Rugby League.

Sienna is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA), holding a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Master of Exercise Physiology from the University of Newcastle.
 
Sienna is passionate about helping individuals improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life through evidence-based exercise interventions. She works with people of all ages and abilities, tailoring exercise programs to suit each individual’s goals, needs and circumstances.
 
Believing strongly in the concept of exercise as medicine, Sienna recognises the powerful role physical activity can play in improving physical function, managing chronic conditions, reducing pain and enhancing overall health. Her approach focuses on creating supportive, personalised and achievable exercise programs that empower clients to build confidence and develop sustainable healthy habits.
 
Sienna enjoys helping people work towards a wide range of goals, from improving strength, mobility and fitness to increasing independence and participation in everyday activities. She is committed to providing a positive and encouraging environment where clients feel supported throughout their health and exercise journey.
 
With a particular passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Sienna is dedicated to helping individuals optimise their physical function and achieve meaningful outcomes that improve their daily lives. Through education, motivation, and individualised care, she strives to help every client reach their full potential and experience the long-term benefits of regular exercise.
