Kelly Hickey

Practice Manager

Kelly Hickey is our treasured practice manager. She’s the friendly voice on the phone or the smiling face at he desk. Kelly has accumulated great knowledge and experience over the years managing the enquiries, appointment calendars and daily operations of busy physio clinics such as the PhysioStudio. If you have any questions about physiotherapy, no matter how common or obscure, Kelly likely has the answer or can point you in the right direction.
In addition, Kelly is engaged actively in her local community, and enjoys watching rugby league, hiking and travel. Secretly she holds aspirations to one day win “the Block” , but hopefully she’ll return to work afterwards.

Ruby Beatty

Receptionist and Physiotherapy Student

Ruby is one of the friendly faces at our front desk and a welcoming voice on the phone. She combines warmth with efficiency, helping every patient feel comfortable and supported from their first interaction with PhysioStudio.

Ruby is currently completing her physiotherapy studies and is always eager to expand her knowledge and help patients throughout their health and rehabilitation journey. She will soon take the next step in her career, joining the PhysioStudio clinical team as a registered physiotherapist.

Outside the clinic, Ruby enjoys playing netball, running and spending time in the garden.

Amelia Chapman

Customer Service

Amelia is the friendly face that welcomes you to The PhysioStudio. Hardworking and resourceful, she’s always ready to find solutions and ensure everything runs smoothly. Currently studying physiotherapy, she’s passionate about health, fitness, and helping others on their recovery journey. Outside of work, Amelia enjoys running, exploring the outdoors, and attending music festivals. A keen AFL player (Hawthorn fan😃), she brings the same energy and teamwork to our clinic every day.

Charlotte Fortune

Customer Service

Charlotte is a dedicated and friendly member of The PhysioStudio team. As a physiotherapy student and passionate netballer, she understands the importance of movement and recovery. Her hardworking nature and problem-solving skills help keep the clinic running smoothly. Outside of work and study, Charlotte enjoys the gym, staying active, spending time outdoors, and catching up with friends.

Samantha Dawes

Customer Service

Sam is one of the friendly faces you’ll see at our front desk. She is always ready to welcome you with a smile and help solve any problems that come her way. She’s passionate about learning, growing, and lending a hand wherever she can at the PhysioStudio.

Having recently moved back to the area, Sam loves being part of a team that helps support the local community.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and her new greyhound, Reba. Sam’s warmth, energy, and sense of humour brighten our clinic every day!
