Practice Manager
Kelly Hickey is our treasured practice manager. She’s the friendly voice on the phone or the smiling face at he desk. Kelly has accumulated great knowledge and experience over the years managing the enquiries, appointment calendars and daily operations of busy physio clinics such as the PhysioStudio. If you have any questions about physiotherapy, no matter how common or obscure, Kelly likely has the answer or can point you in the right direction.
In addition, Kelly is engaged actively in her local community, and enjoys watching rugby league, hiking and travel. Secretly she holds aspirations to one day win “the Block” , but hopefully she’ll return to work afterwards.

Ruby Beatty is a friendly face at he front desk or a friendly voice on the phone. Shes increadibly efficent whilst being warm and welcoming. Ruby is also a physiotherapy student, so she’s always motivated to help our patients and learn more.
On weekends Ruby plays netball and enjoys keeping fit.

Amelia is the friendly face that welcomes you to The PhysioStudio. Hardworking and resourceful, she’s always ready to find solutions and ensure everything runs smoothly. Currently studying physiotherapy, she’s passionate about health, fitness, and helping others on their recovery journey. Outside of work, Amelia enjoys running, exploring the outdoors, and attending music festivals. A keen AFL player (Hawthorn fan😃), she brings the same energy and teamwork to our clinic every day.

Charlotte is a dedicated and friendly member of The PhysioStudio team. As a physiotherapy student and passionate netballer, she understands the importance of movement and recovery. Her hardworking nature and problem-solving skills help keep the clinic running smoothly. Outside of work and study, Charlotte enjoys the gym, staying active, spending time outdoors, and catching up with friends.
